- Step on your Theraband and grab the ends. You can wrap the ends around your hands shortening its length until you reach the desired amount of resistance.
- Keep your back straight and perform a standard curl keeping your elbows tucked in.
- Perform 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps (less reps/sets if the resistance is greater).
