During my college years, I incurred an knee injury while playing soccer. I had ended up tearing my ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) and had to undergo several sessions of physical therapy.
One thing that helped me significantly was the exercise programs that the therapist instructed for me to do at home. It involved a series of exercises using Therabands.
Since that time, I’ve tried to use other resistance bands but continued to revert back to Theraban resistance bands. I found them to be of better quality and very durable.
I created this site as a guide for information on the usage and benefits of resistance bands and simple resistance band exercises that I have and continue to perform.
